Potential bookings can be held for 24 hours whilst flights are booked.
25% non refundable deposit locks in the booking.
Payment via bank transfer is preferred, pay-pal can be accepted but commission charges will need to be paid by the customer. Please note that you do not need to have a pay-pal account for us to be able to send you an Invoice and you can pay by credit card.
Please note if a credit card booking is taken via any other advertising source we use, we do not honor refunds and the small commission fees, usually around 1.4 – 1.9 % may be passed back to the customer.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival, this is non refundable.
Many of our properties require a £200 breakage deposit, which is payable with the balance of payment, unless prior arrangement has been agreed. This is then returned to you by the owner within a week of your departure.
Please note we do not accept liability for properties we can not fulfill the rental period agreed if circumstances are out of our control. This includes all extra expenses, including flights and car hire.
If a cancellation occurs and we can re-sell the holiday, we will refund monies paid.
If though we need to discount to gain a new booking, we will only offer the discounted price as a refund.
If we cannot re-book then we can not of course refund.
For changes to bookings we will potentially charge a 20% administration fee, this is for bookings currently in place and does not cover a change of date.
A booking form will be sent out with the deposit payment details.
Clear directions and check-in instructions, plus contact numbers will be sent when the balance has been received.
We ask for arrival after 4pm and depart by 10am. We will try to be flexible on these times when we can.
