This is a spacious 3 bedroom Villa with wonderful views across the Mountains and beyond. It is situated just 5 minutes off the main road in a quiet area of Alqueria just below the hilltop Village of Comares
Inside:
There is a well equipped modern Kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer and plenty of utensils. There is also a washing machine.
Bedroom 1 off the Kitchen area: There are 2 twin beds and a large chest of drawers, there are patio doors which open onto the front terrace.
Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, sink and toilet.
The large Dining room and Lounge area is very light and airy and seems larger due to the high beemed ceilings. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a comfy leather corner sofa, which is in front of the patio doors leading out onto the front terrace area. There is wi-fi available. For Winter guests there is a large wood burner. There is a large air-con unit in the lounge area.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed, large treble wardrobe. There is a shower cubicle and a sink in the room and a seperate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Kingsize Bed, large wardrobes. There is a shower cubicle and sink in the room and a seperate toilet. Patio doors lead out on to the terrace area overlooking the Swimming Pool.

Outside:
The property is gated and fenced. There is a large brick built BBQ with sink area at the front of the property. Outside the main door there is a large covered area with table and chairs.
Outside the patio doors of bedroom 3, there is also a rustic table and chairs which looks down on to the pool area. Also there is a gated entrance down some steps to the pool terrace.
The swimming pool is 7m x 3m with 2 feature fountains, also an outdoor shower. Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on the loungers and take in the wonderful views.

Our holiday at villa Araceli was great. Very relaxing.
The villa is easy to find and large enough for 6 plus people.
Only 4 sun loungers though. comfortable inside with air conditioning.
A few things that could improve are the lack of plastic glasses for the pool🤔 The lack of kitchen items tin opener, collander, just needs a good look to see what is missing. All considered though very nice stay and David was as helpful as ever. 4th time away now with vineridge. Excellent 👌.
We are a family of 4 and stayed here for the last 2 weeks. The house was very comfortable and the pool, especially the fountains was lovely. It’s is very peaceful and firmly recommended as a proper mountain getaway. Whilst a lot of Spain and southern Europe suffered with the excessive temperatures we were treated to a breeze on occasion and sunbathing in the shade was ideal around the pool. Another great holiday from vineridgeretreats, thank you David and Jacqui. Ps was lovely to see you both again and bumping into you in the favourite local restaurant!!
Have just spent a month at this villa if you want a relaxing break come here. Very quiet and relaxing. The villa is very nice and clean easy to get to (no dirt track) .the pool is very clean. Araceli and jose' are a lovely couple, i just wish we could speak Spanish. Once again thanks to Jacqui and David for your help and advice. We will see you again soon.
