Casa Cwtch is a peaceful, spacious and unique family home is perfect for a tranquil getaway. Ideally suited for 8 people, (up to 10). It is set in the hills 20 minutes behind Velez Malaga, within 2 hours of Seville, Granada, Cordoba, and Malaga (under 1 hour).

The truly unique Artspa (Gaudi style hot tub/plunge pool), is great for cooling off in the summer (heated in the winter) and is nestled between the firepit, BBQ and pizza oven areas.

Spectacular mountain and sea views from each of the 4 bedrooms.

Casa Cwtch consists of a large well equipped kitchen ( with sea views from the sink!), which opens out onto the main terrace with table and chairs. There is also a separate dining room with large windows overlooking the garden and mountains and with doors opening on to the same terrace.
This is where you’ll find the BBQ/pool/pizza oven area, beneath a shady Jacaranda tree. There is a large static shade here also, with seating and informal dining.

There is a living room with wooden floor which opens onto a flexible space which can be used as a breakfast/study area. From the living room you can go upstairs to one of 2 large master bedrooms, which has its own ensuite shower room and terrace with breath taking views to the mountains (including the 2000m Mount Maroma) and the Mediterranean Sea.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with the other master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. There is a private courtyard and further covered terrace, looking out to the west to capture the amazing sunsets. The other 2 rooms share a large bathroom with a newly installed walk in shower.

There is a day bed in Master suite 2, which can sleep another 2 people in total, ideally children.

All 4 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and the house is double glazed throughout.

Outside there is a beautiful garden planted with mature trees and plenty of walks in all directions.

You will have exclusive use of all the house and garden, plunge pool/hot tub and pizza oven (local restrictions may apply).
