This only applies to Longer term Winter lets. Please note at any time of year if gas heating or wood is needed than there would be a cost.
The whole Villa has a lovely relaxing feel about it and the design allows for great cooking facilities inside but also for the stunning Spanish springs and summers there is a large BBQ area and also a good quality bread/ pizza oven.
The wow factor continues with a incredible kidney shaped pool which is just over 7 x 4 m and has internal steps, but this is only half of the fun as at one end is a waterfall feature which fun loving adults and children will simply adore.
If you combine the quality of the villa with it’s facilities and incredible views you have a villa which offers all a family need but also for couples that like that extra space a lovely holiday experience.
The icing on the cake as usual are the stunning nearby village and with Comares which is a 10 minutes drive away you have one of most striking in the area, also for off season when cooler you could walk to the village feasible in 30 minutes but decent walking boots and a good level of fitness would be required, please ask for advise.

The house is set in lovely grounds with mature plants and shrubs. There is a covered area off the front porch, so you can get plenty of shade if need be. This leads round to the pool area. The pool is a large 7 x 4m with a wonderful waterfall feature. It measures from 1.20/1.8m in depth. There are loungers and table and chairs, under a shady area. The outdoor Kitchen is convenient to the pool area with BBQ and sink, with a door leading back into the utility room. There is also a bread oven and Outdoor shower.

From 2023 , the great value Casa Jacaranda has once again held it’s rental prices, the owners though have now added air conditioning to all 3 bedrooms and they will now be asking for electricity for the total Casa to be paid by the customers, this is a simple process with the meter reading taken on arrival and departure and the costs taken from the breakage deposit, this allows us to keep the rental price competitive and makes sure customers are wary of not just leaving air conditioning on when not required.

We have just returned after a lovely quiet week at Casa Jacaranda.
The views are superb from the terrace and upstairs balcony with plenty of sun and shade around the pool area. The pool is delightful as indeed are Hose and Araceli the vendors. The peace, luxury and relaxing atmosphere is well worth experiencing. We would recommend that you stock up with your food choices before you arrive and include a few condiments, washing machine and dishwasher tabs etc to see you through. There is a local supermarket in Comares but the product choice is a bit limited. All in all it is exceptional value and a unique opportunity for a different kind of holiday. Before we arrived we had been in Chicklana de la Frontera for 2 weeks and it was a hectic experience compared to this quiet mountain retreat. Top marks Casa Jacaranda!

We have had a lovely stay at Casa Jacaranda. The villa is spacious ,well equipped and welcoming with very comfortable beds! The outside area has lots of shade which is perfect in the heat of the day. The pool area( which is fabulous)has a gate so the grandchildren felt safe. The views are amazing and evenings spent in the outlook watching the sun go down were enjoyed by us all. We love this area and will definitely be coming again with VINERIDGE RETREATS!
My husband and myself has just returned from a 4 week holiday at Casa Jacaranda. Wow great villa very spacious the pool is a great size and fully equiped.
The owners were very helpful and supportive, a car is a must!!! Views just took our breath away! Comares is approx a 10 minute drive with everything you need, Benemagosa is approx the same distance but bigger supsupermarkets/ petrol station ect. Dave and Jaqui from Vineridge were excellent and always there if we needed anything. ALL IN ALL an amazing magical experience, we will definatley return. Highly reccomended.

Please check out Table Mountain bar/restaurant gorgeous food and also Bar Ortega very friendly staff and the leg of lamb is worthy of the drive out. Thank you again Jacqui and David.
Our second stay at Casa Jacaranda and the second time was just as wonderful as the first time. Spacious, peaceful and views that you will not beat. Breakfast on the upper terrace every morning was amazing, watching the sun come up over the mountains. Everything you need it provided and we only ventured out for 4 days out of the two weeks. Jose was very helpful when needed and very patient with my poor Spanish.

We’ve just arrived back home after a 3 month stay at Casa Jacaranda.
The villa was perfect for our needs, we travelled with our dogs and wanted a secure garden and easy access to countryside walks. Secluded without being isolated, situated off the main road up to the beautiful hilltop village of Comares, with incredible views down to the coast, it wasn’t long before we felt at home.
The owners Jose & Araceli were so helpful and were quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the appliances. Often arriving with mangoes, persimmon fruit and homemade wine, along with the various fruit trees in the garden we were often inundated with fresh fruit.
Although there was only the two of us, the villa is ideal for a family holiday with plenty of space to congregate, while offering enough room to find a quiet spot to chill out and relax. Such a peaceful location, but within easy reach of the coast, traditional villages/towns and the hustle and bustle of Spanish life.
We liked it so much that we rebooked before we’d even left - we’re looking forward to exploring more of the Andalusian countryside, whilst making ourselves at home again in this beautiful villa.
And finally, thanks to David & Jacqui, we’d never have found the villa without them…
OMG the views are superb the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. Had a wonderful week in October with the temperature in the 30's. Once again David and Jacqui you have out done yourselves with this villa. The owner did pop round once and left us with fresh mango's which were great. We had breakfast every morning on the upstairs terrace over looking the valley and views of the sea. Great area to explore the little villages and stop off for lunch or a coffee and just people watch. This is our fourth time booking with Vine Ridge Retreats and they have given us the most fabulous villas each time we have booked for what we require. Thank you again David & Jacqui
We stayed at Case Jacaranda for our 5th wedding anniversary 4th - 11th September 2019. Well, where do we start, it truly is a beautiful villa set in a stunning location. Jacaranda had everything we needed, beautiful and clean and 10 out of 10 for bed linen and fluffy towels also the pool was one of the cleanest we have seen. Jose the owner, was a true gentleman although the language barrier was at times a bit amusing! Although he visited us a couple of times with fresh home grown produce ( which were delicious ) he wasn't at all intrusive and would always ring the bell and wait to be met at the gate before entering the grounds. This was our fifth visit to the Comares area, and Jacaranda was by far the best views, we would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We love Comares, places to eat, two great little shops, bank, chemist etc. A big thank you to David and Jacqui, always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. We will definitely be booking with Vine Ridge Retreats again.
