Casa La Encina Peaceful country house with mountain and sea views
Casa La Encina is a beautiful rustic style country house with all the modern conveniences you need to enjoy a great holiday! Situated at the end of a quiet track, surrounded by olive and almond groves. Surrounded by plantations of mangoes and avocadoes with incredible views to the mountains and coast.
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large private pool and spacious terraced area offer plenty of space to kick back and relax.
Upon entering the house, you will find the character filled open plan living room/kitchen/dining room to your left, with doors leading straight out to the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and hob/oven and there is also a BBQ area outside with a very large built in table and seating underneath the shaded terrace for al fresco dining.
The living room has comfy seating with air conditioning for the summer and a wood burner for the winter months.
The sleeping accommodation is to the right as you enter the house. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds immediately opposite as you enter the house. Then up the corridor to the right there is a large shower room, and 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
The house has been lovingly built in the traditional Andalucian style utilizing local materials such as terracotta tiled floors and wooden beams.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a low wall and measures approximately 7 metres by 5 metres and has a depth of 1.2- 1.4 metres.
There are stunning mountain and sea views from the property and the sunsets are incredible!
There is ample parking for 3 cars on the gravel driveway.

Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding garden but as the house is in the countryside, there are plenty of walks to be had once you step out the front door!
Casa La Encina is situated at the edge of a hamlet in the beautiful Andalucian mountains at the end of a 5km mainly concreted track. It is surrounded by olive/almond groves and tropical fruit plantations. Although a 4×4 vehicle is not necessary, if you stay during wet weather or if you are a nervous driver, you might prefer to hire a 4×4.
There are no shops or services within easy walking distance.
Just like all the other rural properties in the area, we do not have mains sewage. This means any toilet paper/sanitary products must be put in the bins provided to avoid blockages.
There is no rubbish collection in the countryside so you need to take your bins to the communal bins (the nearest ones are by the Campo de futbol de La Viñuela) every few days to avoid attracting pests.
