Bedrooms – sleeping for 7 people
Bedroom 1 – 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed, 1 Cot, 1 Sofa bed/Futon, very spacious. This main bedroom (9.6m x 3.8m) with a king sized bed is the one everyone wants! It runs the length of the house and has it’s own sitting area. The views from the 3 shuttered windows look out to Lake Viñuela and the mountains. There is plenty of space for a cot. The Moroccan hangings and stained glass lantern give the room a romantic feel, it has a traditional timber beamed and rattan ceiling. There is also a day bed and 2 rocking chairs.
Bedroom 2 – 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed. This second bedroom (7.8m x 4.0m) is on the lower floor with French doors leading onto the front terrace, an ideal breakfast spot. It also has a comfy sitting area with a sofa and table. The beds are twin and can be put together to make a double bed. There is a kitchenette area and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 – 2 Single Beds – This third bedroom (3.8m x 3.8 m) with twin beds is on the ground floor of the lounge with views to the lake.
Bedroom 4 – 1 Single bed – This bedroom (3.5m X 3.5m) recently converted from the dining room has a single bed.
All the bedrooms have their own wardrobe and chest of drawers, and are very tastefully furnished.
Kitchen : Consists of the following appliances: Fridge/Freezer, microwave, Oven, grill and hob, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, blender, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There are adequate cooking utensils to cater for 6 guests. There is also a iron and ironing board.

Living Room: The living room has a lovely open fireplace, tiled stove and comfy seating for 6 people. There is a TV, stereo system, an assortment of books for children and adults, and a choice of games to keep you occupied! The house also has wi-fi.
Outside: There is off road parking to the front of the property. At the rear is the secluded swimming pool, beach towels are available. There are 6 garden chairs and 4 deck chairs to choose from, there is also a BBQ.
Suitability: Casa Periana is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Pets will be considered. Long term rentals are available, please ask for more details.
Casa Periana is fully equipped to a very high standard, and designed to ensure that your holiday is as relaxing as possible and that you feel at home. There are 2 hair-dryers available, which will save space on packing!
