Gusta La Vista, which translates to “I love the view” is a lovely Cortijo which consists of a House and seperate Apartment, sleeping 13 guests in total. It is located just a 5 minute drive from the Village of Riogordo in the Andalucian countryside, easily accessible via a dirt track.
The Main House
As you enter the Front door you find the spacious dining area with high ceilings, there is a large table and chairs to seat 8/12 people. Off here is the Kitchen area with hob, microwave and a Fridge/Freezer. There is a comfy seating area next to the fireplace. There is wi-fi available.
Off the large hall way there are 2 Double Bedrooms and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 single beds and bunk beds. All the bedrooms have built in storage space and air-con.
There are 2 lovely modern Bathrooms both with large walk in showers, one of them has twin sinks and the other a single sink.
Also there is a storage area with Washing Machine.
Outside area
At the front of the property you enter via gates to a large Terrace with an outdoor Kitchen area, with sink and BBQ. A wonderful spot to take in the surrounding countryside. Under the covered area there is a large table and chairs.
The Apartment
The Apartment is located upstairs via an outdoor staircase to a large Terrace area with an outdoor Kitchen space with BBQ and table and chairs.
Inside, the large open plan area consists of a Kitchen with Oven, sink, Fridge/Freezer and a Washing Machine. The dining table that will comfortably seat 4. There are comfy chairs and TV area too. Wi-fi is available.
Bedroom 1 has a Double bed and a single bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Double bed. Each bedroom has air-con.
The Bathroom has a Shower cubicle and sink and toilet.
Outside
There is a great 28m2 Salt water Swimming Pool with access via steps and a hand rail. There are sunbeds and parasols for shady areas. The pool is in a gated and fenced area, so secure for children.
By the pool there is a wonderful space for relaxing with built in seating area with comfy cushions, a large table and chairs which is next to a great outdoor Kitchen area with sink and BBQ. This is an ideal place to take in the stunning views to the Mountains and countryside.
There is an outdoor Pizza oven too.
