Romantic Villa

This wonderful 3 Bedroom Villa with heated pool, sleeps 6 guests and is 8 minutes from the village of Benamargosa and 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Velez Málaga and 25 minutes to the coast at Torre del Mar. The Villa is located 7 minutes up an unpaved road that leads up the mountain and gives you wonderful views all around.

This hidden villa has 148 square meters was built in 2004 and now renovated in summer 2020. The solid structure always ensures pleasant temperatures in the house. The living / dining room and the 2 lower bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The upper bedroom does not need air conditioning.
The master bedroom leads directly to the huge terrace with high-quality furniture that invites you to linger and drink a cocktail. From up here you have a stunning view of the entire mountain panorama.
In the lower part of the house is the kitchen, equipped with everything that makes your holiday more relaxing. Dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

From the living room, with a fireplace and television, you can access the wonderful garden with 4 different seats. The highlight is the Hollywood swing. Stable, high-quality deckchairs with soft cushions let you enjoy the outdoors. The private pool of the house has 10m x4m and is from 1.70 m to 2.00 m deep (only suitable for swimmers). A jump into the cool water, splashing or lapping is easily possible with this size. We have a solar nub tarpaulin. This causes the pool water to be heated 5 to 8 degrees. This means that we are extending the pool season into winter.
When dusk sets in, romantic solar lighting comes on around the villa. When preparing dinner, you have the option of preparing your dinner in the kitchen, outside on the grill or in the paella pan. On the 5,000 sqm plot you can park your car in the front part and look down at the almond grove. Here the owners have planted mango, lemons, oranges and kumquat trees. You have nothing to do with the watering around the house, since everything is connected to an irrigation system. At harvest time you can add the fruits to your menu. The house is not suitable for small children.
